When you reach our support personnel you will be greeted by a friendly human voice and you will not have to go through 800 numbers, prompts and relay your issue to multiple parties before reaching someone who can help you.

Here are some of the benefits of Solution Provider support through AT&T:

One call repair assistance – If you are having a service outage or issue you can contact a member of our support staff and they will initiate, track and escalate repair tickets through AT&T to make sure your issue is taken care of as quickly as possible. You will receive status updates throughout the process so that you know what is being done to take care of you!!

Billing support – Our support staff is trained to analyze telecom billing, identify areas of concern, and to work with the AT&T billing department to get billing issues corrected. Once corrections are made we can request billing disputes if necessary and work with AT&T billing to place requests to have account adjustments issued.

Technical Support – If you have questions of a technical nature regarding your service our support staff will connect you with the appropriate party at AT&T that can assist you in troubleshooting, providing technical specs and making changes or corrections to your service.

Dedicated AT&T Resources – As a Solution Provider for AT&T DMS has a team of AT&T Engineers, Technical Resources and Channel Management partners who are AT&T employees that work solely with DMS to provide superior levels of support through AT&T.
